Senior ServiceNow ITOM / AIOps Consultant
Location: New Jersey (NJ)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, event management, discovery, and automation solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps
Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow
Knowledge of Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and ITIL processes
Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, and event correlation concepts
Certifications preferred: CSA, CIS-ITOM, Discovery, Event Management
