Career Accelerator Program - Auditor

In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. As an Internal Auditor, partner with key stakeholders, testing, analyzing risks, documenting and reporting results of internal control testing on a worldwide basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Audit Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of financial, operational, and compliance audits (including SOX) in accordance with professional standards.
• Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessment activities to identify potential vulnerabilities in business processes and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Testing & Validation: Perform substantive testing and walkthroughs to verify the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data extraction and analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Reporting: Draft clear and concise audit observations and assist in the preparation of reports for management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business process owners to implement audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
