Job Title: Oracle Project Manager Change Management

Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA (5 Days onsite) Local Only(F2F interview)

Mode: Long term contract

Job Description:

• Strong experience in Project Manager Change Management
• Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion
• Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
• Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
• Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
• Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
• Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
• Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
• Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in organizational transformation / digital transformation projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• MBA preferred
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) is a plus
• Project Management certification such as PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
