Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong ERP implementation experience to support a multi-year global ERP transformation initiative. The organization is implementing GlobalView ERP across multiple business units and requires a professional who can gather and manage requirements, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and assist with project delivery activities.

This role will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure requirements are documented, validated, and successfully carried through design, build, testing, and implementation phases. While the primary focus is Business Analysis, candidates with project coordination or project management experience are highly desired.

This is a long-term contract opportunity expected to run through the end of 2028.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and ADP.
• Experience serving as a Business Analyst on large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and ERP business processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from both technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system integrations and interactions between ERP, HR, payroll, and related enterprise applications.
• Ability to drive requirements from initial discovery through implementation and production rollout.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting global ERP or HR transformation initiatives.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Ability to work across multiple business units and functional teams.
• Experience monitoring project deliverables, timelines, and implementation activities.

Additional Information

• Long-term contract through approximately 2028.
• Multiple openings anticipated for similar roles supporting other business units.
• Prior TEKsystems experience is preferred

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
