The Role • Lead and develop a team of Field Canvassers to generate brand awareness and sales leads in targeted neighborhoods. • Plan and schedule daily routes and activities for the canvassing team, ensuring optimal territory coverage. • Recruit, hire, train, and manage Field Canvassers, setting clear performance goals and KPIs. • Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations by managing permit requirements. • Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to enhance local market presence and grow brand visibility. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in field canvassing for a direct-to-consumer industry. • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff. • Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and direct-to-consumer field marketing. • Ability to work outdoors in various climates, including evenings and weekends. • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
