Let's talk about you
  • Strong understanding of the Business Telecommunications industry and associated products, including FTTN/C, Fibre, and TC1/2/4. Previous exposure to NBN products, services, and provisioning processes would be highly beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with business-grade networking equipment, such as Cisco ISR, Fortinet Firewalls, and Cisco Meraki.
  • Solid knowledge of both basic and advanced networking technologies and protocols, including QoS, MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRF, SD-WAN, and Layer 2.
  • Experience with managed services, including Cloud Connect, Hosted Phone Systems, and Managed Routing & Switching.
  • Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, NSE4, or CompTIA A+ Networking.
  • Experience providing technical support in a call centre or similar environment.
