As a Physician Assistant, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their care journey by providing straightforward, effective treatment that helps improve breathing and overall quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient-centered medical care under the supervision of physicians
- Evaluate both immediate and long-term patient care needs
- Listen carefully to patient concerns and provide root-cause solutions
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including interviews, physical exams, and medical history reviews
- Educate and empower patients to actively manage their health
- Assist with in-office procedures as needed
What You Bring
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Board certification in family or adult care
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
- Current Wisconsin licensure
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Interest in ENT-related services and procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on-site in a Madison-area clinic
