Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and govern enterprise-level applications, cloud solutions, and integration architectures. The candidate will define target-state architecture, drive application modernization, establish architecture standards, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 6+ years of enterprise/solution architecture design and governance experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and PaaS.
  • Strong application architecture and software design experience with ASP.NET Core/.NET and Angular.
  • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience with API Management, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and hybrid integration.
  • Experience integrating cloud, on-premises, SaaS, and legacy enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure Application Insights.
  • Experience with architecture governance, technical documentation, security, scalability, and application modernization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define target-state architecture and solution roadmaps.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Lead technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and design decisions.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, data, and business teams.
