We're hiring for a leading company in the energy sector that is crucial to the transition towards climate goals. This employer is expanding Germany's energy infrastructure by working on medium, high, and ultra-high voltage substations. Join a team dedicated to significant national projects.

The Role

• Assembly of steel structures for 110kV to 380kV switchgear (air and gas-insulated systems).
• Installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting of components such as HV terminals, suspension, and support insulators.
• Assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Revision of planning documents through redlining.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, ideally from construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Experience with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites by private car.
• Readiness for regular assembly assignments from Monday to Friday across Western Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a self-motivated work style.
