PMO Support / Project Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing workplans, status reporting, governance activities, action tracking, and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in program management, PMO execution, or project coordination.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Scrum Master experience and healthcare industry knowledge, including healthcare data.
• Experience with QA/QC of reports and presentations, plus exposure to AI/ML, data, analytics, or technical project environments.
