Job Description

The Infrastructure Technical Program Manager, Data Center Delivery leads end-to-end delivery of AWS data center build projects. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams from concept through deployment, managing scope, schedules, risks, and capital budgets. The role requires applying project management methods, understanding mechanical and electrical infrastructure, tracking metrics, and resolving blockers to safely deliver scalable, cost-effective data center capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data center build projects from concept to deployment
  • Plan and manage project scope, schedules, and milestones for infrastructure builds
  • Manage and track capital budgets, costs, and financial forecasts for assigned projects
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Coordinate design, implementation, testing, and handover of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and metrics using project tools
  • Collaborate across time zones to align stakeholders and resolve technical issues
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to reduce non-value-add activity and accelerate timelines
