OPEN INTERVIEWS - FLEX Customer Service/Corporate Security Officer

FLEX Customer Service Security Officer – In Person Hiring Event – WALK-INS WELCOME!!

Interview requirements: Physical copy of updated resume and business casual attire.

Hiring Event Location: 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98101

Time: Every Wednesday from 9am-12pm

Job Site Locations: Seattle, Bellevue/Redmond, Redmond/Kirkland, & Everett, WA

Wage: $28.90-$35.51/Hour

Available Shifts: FLEX - (weekly schedule will fluctuate) eligible to work 40+ but no guaranteed minimum hours per week.

IMPORTANT: To maintain a quality hiring evperience, our team can only accommodate a maximum of 12-18 interviews per day. We appreciate the understanding of candidate who may need to return on another day if capacity has been reached.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Corporate Security Position Requirements - $35.51/HR

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associates degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional Law Enforcement experience required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of experience in security required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Exceptional customer service experience required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Customer Service Security Position Requirements - $28.90/HR

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have 1+ years security & 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
