The Company

The Role

As Event Project Manager you will own events end-to-end, running a mixed brief that spans immersive experiences, stand builds, conferences and product launches for a premium client roster, reporting directly to the Directors with functional support from Account Directors and Senior Project Managers.

- Develop and maintain annual event schedules with clients

- Draft project quotes and manage approval through Account Directors

- Build and continuously update project timelines for each event

- Negotiate with suppliers and manage all event logistics pre-event

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, freelancers and internal teams throughout

- Maintain finance trackers, monitor costs and protect margins

- Manage on-site setup, live days, de-rig and all H&S compliance

The Candidate

You are an Event Project Manager with solid agency-side experience running events end-to-end, including supplier negotiation, budget and timeline management, stakeholder coordination and confident on-site delivery. The right candidate will be comfortable reporting into senior leadership and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in the automotive or luxury sector is beneficial but not essential. Candidates coming from adjacent event agency backgrounds who can demonstrate ownership of complex, multi-supplier projects are equally welcome to apply.
