The Role

• Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers locally.
• Serving customers at the trade counter, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and processing deliveries.
• Maintaining high standards within the branch.

What You'll Need

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience is mandatory.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Willingness to handle demanding physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
