Die Cutter OperatorSpartanburg, SC | $21–$27 / hr | Night Shift Experienced Die Cutter Operators—bring your skills to Quad and work with advanced packaging and finishing technology. Quad is hiring four experienced Sheetfed Die Cutter Operators for night shift at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries.

Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Pay: $21–$27 / hour, based on experienceRelocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesNight Shifts Available:Sunday–Tuesday, 6 p.m.–6 a.m. Wednesday–Friday, 6 p.m.–6 a.m. Previous die-cutting machine operating experience is required.

What You'll DoSet up and operate sheetfed die-cutting equipmentVerify job specifications, dies, paper stock, and production requirementsMonitor machine performance, quality, and production efficiencyMake adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issuesPerform routine machine maintenanceStage completed work according to production instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCross-train and assist with training other operators as needed What We're Looking ForPrevious sheetfed die-cutting machine operating experience is requiredBobst 106 experience preferred; experience with other Bobst or sheetfed die-cutting equipment will be consideredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentationBasic computer and math skillsAbility to accurately read measuring devices and use hand toolsAbility to stand for a 12-hour shift and perform repetitive hand and wrist movementsAbility to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Why Quad?Work with advanced die-cutting, folder/gluer, flexographic, and sheetfed technology while continuing to build your skills with an experienced manufacturing team.
