The Role

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex corporate positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract both active and passive top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiting professionals.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing high-caliber talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex searches and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
