Cloud Architect

Required qualifications

8+ years in cloud architecture or senior infrastructure engineering, including production designs on both Google Cloud Platform and AWS.

• Hands-on design of isolated multi-tenant or per-customer cloud environments. Ability to produce IaC-ready designs

• Experience architecting platforms that host conversational or contact-center workloads.

Preferred qualifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.

• Direct experience with Contact Center AI, Dialog flow CX, Amazon Connect, Lex, or equivalent. VPC Service Controls, Private Google Access, AWS Private Link, Control Tower, or Landing Zone Accelerator.

• Security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
