OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant

Change Management specialist needed to support communication strategy build out. Working with Adobe Data Platform to enhance and proliferate the adoption of the Experience Led Growth (XLG) platform focused on the upsell of of AEP/CDP, AJO, and CJA. The Change Manager will help to communicate onboarding and enablement requirements, as well as coordinate customer feedback and capture adoption metrics. Customers in this case are made up of application teams within the Creativity & Productivity org.
