The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and an outstanding customer shopping experience in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, product merchandising, in-store bakery operations, and checkout processes using modern POS systems.
• Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts.
• Undertake responsibilities for stock management, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a related field, with some experience in a leadership capacity such as shift supervision being advantageous.
• A strong team player attitude with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
