Job Description

Programmer Analyst 6
 
Primary Location: Lansing, MI
 
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Programmer Analyst 6 for our premier client Lansing, MI.
 
 
 
Education and Experience:
 
  • 5+ years of Java – Strong object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with Java-based enterprise application development.
  • 5+ Years of Spring Boot – Experience with creating RESTful APIs and using Spring Boot for building scalable and maintainable applications.5+ Years of Angular – Proficient in developing responsive, single-page web applications using Angular.
 
 
 
Preferred:
 
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and application performance tuning.
  • Experience supporting Child Support applications, programs, or initiatives
 
 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
 
  • Develop and maintain necessary technical documentation and participate in design reviews as scheduled.
  • Analyze requirements, code, and test simple to moderately complex program modules,
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Design, build, and test application programs, including new development and enhancements to existing modules.
  • Provide production support, including issue analysis, bug fixes, testing, and deployment to production environments.
  • Collaborate with Application Architects and Business Analysts to confirm and validate both functional and technical designs.
