Workday & HR Systems Specialist - Hybrid

HammondCare International is seeking a Workday Systems Specialist to optimise our HR tech stack. You will manage Workday HCM modules, ensure system reliability and deliver value across the organisation.

This role supports managers and HR to maximise efficiency and user experience. With 3+ years in HR or IT and strong communication, you will implement improvements, support BAU and project work, and contribute to workforce planning, payroll, absences and recruiting within Workday.
