SAP HXM Consultant - SuccessFactors Compensation & UKG

We are seeking an SAP HXM Functional Consultant with strong hands on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and UKG (Pro/Dimensions/Kronos) to support HR and Payroll technology operations. The role provides L2/L3 support, resolves system issues, supports annual compensation cycles, and ensures stable integrations across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation and UKG modules.
• Support Merit, Bonus, and LTI cycles including testing, data validation, and worksheet setup.
• Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, integration failures, and permission problems.
• Maintain compensation templates, rules, budgets, and RBP access.
• Support UKG Time/Attendance/HR/Payroll configuration and issue resolution.
• Work with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations and enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years HRIS/ERP application support experience.
• Strong experience in SuccessFactors Compensation (mandatory).
• Experience with UKG Pro / Dimensions / Kronos.
• Good understanding of HR, compensation processes, or workforce management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
