Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist at Vantor, you'll lead the rollout of custom software and data-driven solutions that help clients modernize systems and streamline operations. You'll partner directly with stakeholders to understand goals, shape deployment strategies, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Working in agile, cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate implementation across web, automation, and cloud platforms, oversee configuration and testing, and guide change management and user adoption. This role blends technical fluency, systems thinking, and client-facing collaboration in a culture that values craftsmanship, ownership, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into deployment strategies for custom software solutions.
• Plan and lead end-to-end deployment of modern web, automation, and cloud-based products.
• Configure, test, and validate solutions in client environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data specialists in agile delivery teams.
• Develop rollout plans, training, and documentation to drive user adoption and change management.
• Monitor post-deployment performance, analyze metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and demos to align stakeholders and gather deployment feedback.
• Identify risks and dependencies, and manage deployment timelines and expectations.
