The Role

• Planning, coordination, adjustment, documentation, and assurance of care measures
• Performing basic care according to individual needs
• Carrying out medical care based on doctor's orders, e.g., administering medication
• Respectful engagement with clients' self-care abilities, wishes, and needs, as well as those of their relatives
• Close, interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments within the facility

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or general and pediatric nurse
• Desirable: Professional experience in medical and/or geriatric nursing
• Confident use of IT-supported nursing documentation
• Personal stability, composure, and patience in dealing with clients and their families
