  • We are seeking a Digital Events Producer (contractor) to manage the end-to-end coordination of a large-scale internal engineering showcase program spanning nearly 300 webinars.
  • This role is the central connector between a professional video production team and the program's steering committee, driving seamless execution across simulive and VOD formats while ensuring every session meets brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own project plan for ~300 webinar sessions, tracking milestones, deadlines, and dependencies from speaker onboarding through VOD publishing.
