Duration: 4–6 Months
Location: Remote – MST/PST Time Zone

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specializing in Compensation and Benefits to support a large-scale Workday implementation and rollout across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits, with the ability to lead requirements mapping, architecture, solution design, and implementation activities.

Must Have

  • Strong, in-depth expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits modules.
  • Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits architecture, configuration, and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, mapping, design, and implementation rollout.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to define scalable Workday solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Payroll.
  • Experience supporting US-based Workday implementations and rollouts.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide Workday module deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the team through requirements gathering and mapping for Compensation and Benefits.
  • Define Workday architecture and solution design aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Review existing requirements and help establish the appropriate Workday configuration and design approach.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
  • Support implementation planning, testing, deployment, and rollout activities.
  • Identify design gaps, dependencies, and potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide expertise and guidance during the US-wide module rollout.
