Job Description
Kinetic IT is hiring an Associate Systems Engineer - Level 2 Support to provide on site IT support in a large, secure environment serving Federal Government services. The role is 100% onsite in Canberra, with opportunities to cover Sydney or Perth as needed.
You will handle incidents, guide VIP end users, and ensure service levels are met while maintaining a strong customer focus. NV2 clearance is required, and a 24/7 rotating shift is expected.
