The Role • Provide expert basic and advanced nursing care to patients. • Focus on patient recovery within the specialized field of orthopedics and trauma surgery. • Collaborate closely with physicians and specialized therapists as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. • Contribute to a healing environment for patients directly on the Baltic Sea coast. • Be relieved of non-nursing related tasks to concentrate on patient care. What You'll Need • Completed three-year vocational training as a licensed nurse or geriatric nurse. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Quick comprehension, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently. • Flexibility to adapt to and work in different areas. • A sense of responsibility and enjoyment in independent work. • Strong team spirit, service orientation, and assertiveness.
