The Role

• Provide specialized care for pediatric patients in intensive care settings, including neonatology.
• Implement child-friendly hygiene and infection control standards.
• Support patient development through age-appropriate activation and engagement.
• Manage complex nursing documentation, including SGB V and EDP requirements.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with young patients and their families.
• Assist with vital sign monitoring, ventilation, blood draws, and wound care.

What You'll Need

• Certified Pediatric Nurse or a Registered Nurse with extensive pediatric experience.
• Proficiency in child-focused hygiene and infection prevention.
• Experience in developmental support and playful patient activation.
• Skill in structured nursing documentation (SGB V and EDP).
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and their families.
• A driver's license is a plus but not required.
