Superintendent

Responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and materials, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals.
Maintain daily logs, safety records, progress reports, and site documentation.
Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve construction issues.
Ensure work is completed on schedule and deficiencies are corrected.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Coordinate project punch lists and final completion.
Maintain positive relationships with owners and project teams.

Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent experience.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, time management, and math skills.
Proficiency with basic technology and computer applications.
Ability to work on-site, navigate the job site, and travel when required.
