Our client is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA – P2R Business Consultant for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA - P2R Business Consultant

Location: Contract

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ERP transformation, business readiness, deployment, testing, or launch activities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes.
• Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report (P2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment programs.
• Experience across design validation, build/configuration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Experience with period-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, compliance, and governance.
• Experience conducting business readiness assessments, process walkthroughs, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT, test execution, defect tracking, issue management, and business signoff.
• Experience with change management, training readiness, and user enablement.
• Strong experience with cutover planning, dress rehearsals, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Knowledge of data migration, data validation, cloud integration, enterprise reporting, and ERP transformation.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, defects, issues, action items, and launch governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business SMEs, product teams, architects, integration, testing, and program leadership.
• Experience preparing readiness reports, test evidence, launch checklists, status updates, cutover documents, and sign-off artifacts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
