A London-based, award-winning AI-for-good company requires a Senior (or above) Software Engineer with a strong product mindset to join its product teams. The client's AI platform is used by over 100,000 frontline workers for note-taking, live interpretation and call handling, freeing them to focus on the people they support.

You'll be:

• Building across the stack: infrastructure, Back End and Front End
• Working cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams to shape new features
• Building internal tools to scale the team's impact
• Using the latest generative AI tooling to deliver user-facing features
• Optimising systems using LLMs (OpenAI and Claude)
• Shipping code to production multiple times a day within a high-performing engineering team

Required: TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, GCP, LLM integration (OpenAI/Claude), fast-growth startup experience, product mindset with data-informed decision making, a pragmatic "right tool for the job" approach, comfort working with PMs, UX, Design and Data

Desirable: shadcn design system experience, strong interest in AI-enhanced engineering workflows

Package: very competitive base salary plus equity
