Shop Helper - Automotive Parts Fabrication

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shop Helper to support our automotive parts fabrication Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist fabricator in the assembly and fabrication of automotive parts

- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for production processes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and workstations

- Support in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards

- Perform basic measurements and inspections as directed

- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing or fabrication processes preferred

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

- Prior experience in automotive or metal fabrication is a plus but not required

Compensation details: 16.3-16.5 Hourly Wage
