Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner with Capital Markets knowledge to support business requirements, product enhancements, and technology initiatives within financial markets.

Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst.
Basic understanding of Capital Markets and financial services.
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Experience creating user stories, BRDs/FRDs, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and UAT is preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
