The Role • Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) Strike and Targeting training capabilities. • Develop and revise Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications and legacy curriculum. • Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues to integrate training initiatives. • Create advanced, hands-on training materials for motivated learners focused on skill enhancement. • Utilize operational expertise to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence. • Contribute to the development of next-generation IC Strike and Targeting experts. What You'll Need • 4+ years of experience in Intelligence Strike or Targeting support. • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, including planning, coordinating, implementing, revising, converting, and maintaining courseware. • 3+ years of experience developing performance-based technical training using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. • 1+ years of experience on an afloat tour as an Intelligence Specialist (IS) for the Navy or Information Warfare Officer Designator is a plus. • Experience with Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N). • Experience using Content Planning Module (CPM), Learning Object Module (LOM), MOODLE, or DOD LMS to manage training content. • TS/SCI clearance required. • HS diploma or GED required.
