The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems. • Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure. • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for PEGA environments. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported PEGA systems. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-6 years of experience. • Previous business system solution development experience with Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and application platforms. • 4+ years of experience with PEGA upgrade and patching activities. • Strong knowledge of PEGA Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and other Pega OOTB tools. • Knowledge of Web technologies, including .Net or Java.
