The Role
- As the Recruitment Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading an established team of four consultants, creating consistency, improving processes and driving branch performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters
- Introduce structure, accountability and best practice
- Manage and grow a successful education recruitment branch
- Develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Support recruitment across Primary, Secondary and SEND education
- Work closely with the dedicated compliance team, allowing you to focus on managing people and growing the branch
- Play a key role in the branch's future growth as it develops within the Birmingham market
About You
To be successful as a Recruitment Branch Manager, you'll be an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to lead from the front.
- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Education recruitment experience would be an advantage, although recruiters from other sectors will also be considered
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Comfortable managing performance and implementing effective processes
- Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A resilient personality who enjoys making a positive impact
