Job Description

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its precision manufacturing facility. In this onsite role, you will partner closely with plant leadership to support a safety-focused, process-driven culture. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will administer compensation and benefits, ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations, and drive training, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to support advanced aerospace and industrial production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations for a precision manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and labor laws
  • Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational development
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including onboarding and orientation
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs; support annual merit and performance review cycles
  • Guide managers on employee relations, coaching, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee training, skills development, and succession planning to support operational excellence
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, metrics, and reporting for headcount, turnover, and safety-related trends
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, EEO, safety, and company policies
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams
  • Drive engagement initiatives, communications, and change management to support plant objectives
