Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer / Web Accessibility Specialist to ensure all public web platforms and digital content meet strict accessibility standards.

Location & Arrangement: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person

Key Skills & Requirements:

SharePoint Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing/developing in SharePoint Online & Server.
Accessibility Standards: 2+ years of deep knowledge in WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ADA Title II, WAI-ARIA, and Section 508.
Front-End Development: 2+ years of proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Document Remediation: 2+ years remediating PDFs (using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) and MS Office documents.
Audit Tools: Experience with accessibility audit tools like Siteimprove and AccessiBe.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, Graphic/Digital Design (or equivalent experience).

Position Overview: In this role, you will conduct accessibility audits, remediate non-compliant web code/structures, ensure digital assets (PDFs, media, forms) are fully accessible, and customize SharePoint page layouts and components to comply with WCAG guidelines.
