Position: Technical Trainer - Consultant (Technical Writer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Analysts/SMEs and technical staff to define project goals and create deliverables
• Recommend and produce documentation artifacts resulting from analysis/design discussions
• Write clear, user-friendly materials and organize supporting documents
• Select appropriate visuals (photos, diagrams, charts) to improve understanding
• Revise documents as issues arise and maintain the project's document repository (SharePoint)

Required Technical Skills:

• Technical writing and documentation
• Information design and user-focused documentation
• Visual communication: diagrams, charts, and diagrams
• SharePoint or document repository management
• Collaboration with Business Analysts/SMEs and developers
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard documentation tools
• Ability to learn new products/technologies quickly
• Content organization and version control
• Basic knowledge of CMS or similar content platforms
• Ability to produce materials under tight deadlines
