The Role

• Perform the scrub role in consultant-led surgeries with a focus on Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Manage surgical complexities and specialisms within a busy theatre department.
• Lead and mentor the theatre team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of care.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of theatre services.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment for patients and colleagues.

What You'll Need

• Current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' Orthopaedic Scrub experience.
• Proven people management experience within a surgical setting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A warm, considerate, and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification is desirable but not essential.
