The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify and address issues with the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Ensure compliance of employee files with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and communicate the assigned nursing schedule to staff.
• Assist nursing leaders in improving department staffing effectiveness.
• Draft professional communications and reports.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
