We're hiring on behalf of North America's largest direct-to-consumer entity in the home improvement sector, renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to quality. This organization is looking for talented sales professionals to drive growth within its highly successful sales force.
The Role
• Travel to pre-qualified, company-generated appointments in residential homes.
• Conduct in-home consultations, performing product demonstrations and presenting custom quotes.
• Follow a structured, value-based selling process focused on honesty and integrity.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with homeowners to facilitate same-day decisions on their needs.
What You'll Need
• A valid driver's license.
• Comfort with traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry sample materials (20-60 lbs).
• Proficiency in using an iPad for applications and presentations.
• A strong desire and proven ability to close sales.
• Willingness to learn and implement a structured sales process.
