Location: Newark, NJ (Weekly 3 days onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Employee Central Payroll for US payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Employee Central Payroll for US payroll processing.

Work on payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll configuration.

Support payroll integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Handle payroll processing, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.

Support US payroll requirements, including taxes, deductions, benefits, and year-end activities.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing production support.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Knowledge of US payroll processes, taxes, and statutory requirements.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.

Knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and wage types.

Experience in payroll testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
