We're Looking for CNAs Who Truly Care
Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.
As a CNA, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. From assisting with daily living activities such as bathing and showering to monitoring clients' well-being, preparing meals, and providing companionship, the care you provide can make a meaningful difference in someone's day.
We are looking for CNAs who are dependable, attentive, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care to both male and female clients.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, showering, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide hands-on personal care based on each client's individual needs and care plan.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration when needed.
- Monitor client safety and report concerns or changes in the client's condition.
- Follow each client's individualized care plan and assigned care instructions.
- Communicate promptly with the care team when something happens or when you notice changes in a client's condition or needs.
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Available Monday through Friday, and/or Sundays.
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience.
- Comfortable providing personal care to both male and female clients.
- Able to recognize and promptly report changes in a client's condition or any safety concerns.
- Committed to maintaining client safety and providing quality care.
- Willing to work AM, PM, and NOC shifts.
- Available for weekend shifts when needed.
- Comfortable working 4-hour or 8–12-hour shifts, depending on availability.
- Flexible and willing to work with different clients based on their care needs.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation, as applicable.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
- Competitive Pay: $20-$25/hr
