Devops Engineer

Location :Berkeley Heights NJ 

     Implement and manage infrastructure using automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
·      Oversee the management and maintenance of production and non-production environments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
·      Implement monitoring, ing, and logging systems to ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance.
·      Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and scaling.
·      Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance system performance.
·      Implement security best practices and compliance standards across all systems.
·      Lead and mentor junior resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
·      Communicate effectively with technical teams to manage day-to-day challenges and developmental risks.
 
Mandatory Skills:
·      Proficient in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
·      Hands-on experience with Groovy, Python, Bash, Ruby, or PowerShell.
·      Expertise in Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
·      Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization.
·      Experience in implementing automation technologies and tools.
·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·      Excellent communication skills.
·      Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, 5 days a week in-office.
·      Preferred Skills:
·      Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
·      Product implementation experience is a plus.
