IT End User Support Associate IV

Provide onsite first-level IT support in a Windows environment, resolving user access, account, application, workstation, and hardware issues. Manage account provisioning, track incidents in ServiceNow, support workstation deployment, maintain compliance records, and assist with reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for user access, authentication, application, and workstation issues.
• Manage enterprise user accounts, access permissions, and provisioning or deprovisioning.
• Track and resolve incidents and service requests using Service
• Now and other tools.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and account issues and escalate complex problems.
• Support workstation imaging, deployment, configuration, and desktop support.
• Maintain audit records and assist with reporting and internal process improvements.
