Position Title

Cultivation Technician

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am to 330pm

Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Perform daily cultivation, harvest, or post-harvest tasks in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with planting, watering, feeding, pruning, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, or packaging as assigned
  • Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
  • Accurately track and record plant and product data using required systems
  • Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled environment
  • Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals

  • Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
  • Cannabis or agricultural experience preferred but not required
