Interior Design Coach

We're seeking an experienced interior design coach to work with clients looking to transform their living spaces, as well as aspiring designers looking to break into the field. This role includes helping clients with style discovery & exploration, mood board & concept development, color & material selection, and room layout & space planning, as well as lighting design and furniture & decor sourcing. Coaches also provide budget planning and renovation & remodel guidance for personal projects, while helping aspiring designers build their skills and navigate a career in the industry. Coaches support general exploration for clients still discovering their design goals or career direction. Ideal candidates have hands-on interior design experience, prior coaching or consulting experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients bring their vision to life. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
