Job Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Digital Communications Associate for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office.
The Employee Communications team is seeking a web content manager to serve as Digital Communications Associate. As the key point of contact for content owners and project sponsors from various teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple intranet pages and properties.
Responsibilities:
  • Review web content requests and make regular content/video updates to intranet pages and third-party sites, ensuring searchability, accuracy and adherence to design guidelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Employee Communications, Employee Experience, IT, and Support
  • Use approved AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to draft, edit, summarize and repurpose intranet content,
  • applying human review to ensure accuracy, tone and brand consistency
  • Utilize analytical tools and evaluate intranet engagement data to identify key insights and inform content strategies

Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field
    1-3 years of experience with web content management
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a plus
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, including writing effective prompts and critically evaluating and fact-checking AI output
  • Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, web design and usability best practices
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently to successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Ability to manage cross-functionally, persuade, influence and build relationships to achieve program objectives
  • Incredible organizational skills and relentless follow through
  • A passion for operational excellence and commitment to delivering
